Before making a payment by check or Pay Pal, please contact us by email to confirm that there is still space available on the roster; please state the name and date of the trip and how many are in your party.

Space on the roster is guaranteed when payments are received and in the order that we receive them.
For single day trips, payments are non-refundable 2 weeks prior to trip date; for multi-day trips, please review the cancellation policy that is sent out for each trip as you inquire and/or register. Full refunds are given when we cancel a trip due to inclement weather.

1. In the memo space, include the name and date of trip
2. For all multi-day trips (trips which include an overnight stay with Blue Water Ventures; does not apply to day trips) there is a 3% service charge to cover Pay Pal administrative fees; please include when making your trip deposit or full payment
3. How to Include the 3% service charge in your Pay Pal Payment:
For example a multi-day trip listed at $1000 x .03= $30 so your payment using
Pay Pal is now $1030.
This applies to deposits on multi day trips too so if your deposit is $95
your payment using Pay Pal is: $98
