Getting To Baja

TRAVELING TO BAJA AND BACK HOME

February 13th-24th, 2027

ARRIVAL INTO LORETO ON FEBRUARY 13TH, BOOK A ONE WAY FLIGHT

Plan on arriving  into Loreto,  Baja Mexico anytime before 5pm on February 13th.   After clearing customs, we will meet you at the airport and travel to  the small coastal town of Loreto.  Our  destination is the Hotel Oasis:  Calle Baja California E, P.º A. Lopez Mateos S/N, Centro, 23880 Loreto, B.C.S., Mexico.  The Airport code for Loreto is LTO.  Hotel Oasis is about 15-20 minutes from the Loreto Airport.

If you decide to arrive into Loreto ahead of our group, please contact Kim Powell at bluewaterventuressc@gmail.com to discuss options. Loreto is a wonderful town to explore on your own for a day or so before our program begins. We can advise you on overnight options, activities and taxi arrangements from the airport into Loreto. With enough notice, we can help you arrange accommodations at the same hotel we plan to stay at on February 13th and 14th.

RETURN HOME FROM SAN JOSE DEL CABO ON FEBRUARY 24TH, BOOK A ONE WAY FLIGHT

We have found good rates at Kayak.Com as well booking directly from most major airlines.

On past trips, most clients depart from  San Jose Del Cabo (SJD airport code) which is serviced by a variety of airlines. 

On February 23rd,   Day Eleven  we  will be back at our hotel in La Paz and you may depart any time on February 24th.  Please take into consideration the travel time of 3 hours if departing from San Jose del Cabo. With that said, book a flight anytime after 1:00pm on February 24th  if flying from San Jose del Cabo. 

We can help arrange a private non-stop  van between our hotel in La Paz and the San Jose Del Cabo Airport. We will update you once we receive travel plans from our group members. Cost will be split among the travelers and should be around $50 per person
