PLACES TO STAY NEAR MOSS LANDING

I’ve had people report about at a variety of places they have stayed. There are three hotels located less than 15 minutes from Moss Landing Harbor. The Quality Inn and Best Western are located across the street from theSanctuary Beach Resort.  This resort has beach front accommodations and a nice restaurant. Each party at the Sanctuary Beach Resort is given a Golf Cart for their personal use.

Recently, I’ve discovered Monterey Tides, an affordable beachfront hotel about 20 minutes from Moss Landing. The Tides has a fantastic lobby with ocean views, fireplaces and happy hour. This has become a favorite destination for my family.

Those who choose the more affordable route and stay at the Quality Inn or Best Western have easy beach access just minutes away from their room.  Anyone is welcomed at the Salt Wood Kitchen and Oysterette on the property of the Sanctuary Beach Resort.

There is a interesting bed and breakfast in Moss Landing, the Captain’s Inn which gets mixed reviews from my clients who have stayed there.

My favorite place in Santa Cruz is the Dream Inn  which is about 40 minutes from Elkhorn Slough. It is pricey as its in a prime location on Santa Cruz Beach. A more affordable option near the beach and wharf of Santa Cruz is the Ocean Pacific LodgeDuring
